The Enrollment Process


Fill out the Enrollment Agreement Form with your choice of program.


Return the form to school with the non-refundable enrollment and/or materials fees.


Complete the paperwork contained in your enrollment packet.

Children’s House

Morning Only Preschool
(3 & 4 year olds)
$6,750.00 / year

Afternoon Only Preschool
(3 & 4 year olds)

Full Day Junior Kindergarten
(4 year olds)
$7,350.00 / year

Full Day Kindergarten
(5 years old by September 30)
$7,750.00 / year


Lower Elementary (Grades 1-3)
(6 years old by September 30)
$9,250.00 / year

Upper Elementary (Grades 4-6)
$9,250.00 / year

Additional Fees

  • Yearly Enrollment Fee: $100.00
  • Preschool Material Fee: $200.00
  • Kindergarten Material Fee: $250.00
  • Elementary Material/Activity Fee: $375.00

Before and After School Care Fees

Flat fee rates are offered for your child for each program you may need. This is a substantial savings from the hourly calculations.

  • Before Care (7:00am–8:15am): $135.00 per month per child
  • After Care (3:00pm-6:00pm): $270.00 per month per child
  • If you will be using Before or After Care infrequently or on as needed basis, the fee is $10.00 per hour.

All fees are non-refundable.

Policy of Nondiscrimination

Country Village Montessori School does not discriminate in admitting or providing services to children and their families on the basis of race, religious affiliation, national or cultural heritage, gender, sexual orientation, or marital status. The school reserves the right to withdraw a child from the school if it is the opinion of the staff and administrator that the child is not able to benefit from the program, or is a disturbing influence upon the class, or the parent of any child is interference to the functioning of the school.
